I had a choice of which hotel to stay at for 7 days. I chose NH Bologna because of the indoor pool and exercise equipment. People must sign up because they limit the number of people allowed in the pool/exercise room. I signed up during a time when no one else had signed up. However the front desk allowed 3 people to enter 30 minutes before their sign in time and they jumped into the pool with me. The pool can barely accommodate 2 people at a time. So I was basically forced out of the pool. On my 4, 5 ,6 days the pool was closed. During the entire week, the treadmill was broken. I loved this hotel, the rooms were fantastic, the restaurant and staff were great! But I was disappointed about the pool and treadmill since that's the specific reason I chose this hotel.

This was our second stay in this hotel, first was in 2016 and we liked almost everything. 1. Shopping mall, Centro Commerciale Centronova, right behind the hotel 2. Good cafes, bakeries, restaurants within 5-10 min reach by car 3. Bologna city 10 min drive away 4. Free open parking 5. Secured, 5€/day, garage parking 6. Good swimming pool, kids would love it (WC and shower remained closed all the time, a bit of disappointment though) 7. room cleaning Great value for the money, definitely worth coming back

very clean and tidy hotel , staff very helpful , ideal location to local shopping centre and restaurants, only a €15 ride to Bologna. breakfast option was worth it

We had mistakenly made the reservation for the wrong date. The staff (and in particular Aurora and Rosa) was exceptionally helpful and understanding, offering us a new room and not charging us for the old room despite the non-refundable booking! They also offered us complementary parking. Thank you so much!

Stayed for four nights in the hotel. We were located in a room at the eight floor, which is the highest floor. During hot temperatures outside , the airconditioned could not cool the room suffficiently. While asking the reception, the gentlemen advised us to put the setting at highest (3) and just wait. After some puzzling, 3 means setpoint+ 3. This would mean 29 degrees Celcius. After a night at more than 27 degrees, and another complaint as the reception, the lady directly provided another room on the fifth floor where you could set at setpoint minus three degrees (24 degrees. That was great service. The hotel also had a guarded parking garage for 5 euro/ day (which the same guy at the reception also discouraged as parking outside was for free). Location is next to shopping center with restaurants in neighboring villages,
